The story behind the recipe:
This cheese log was brought to every family party by Grandma Todd and we eat it with Fritos. This still is everyone's favorite appetizer.
Ingredients:
Cheese Log
1 pound Velveeta
1 mild Velveeta
1 package 8 oz. cream cheese
1 small can of mild chopped chilies drained
Directions
Cheese Log
In a large bowl mix chilies and cream cheese.
Take the Velveetas and mix them together (hands work great).
On a piece of plastic wrap pat the Velveeta into a rectangle.
Smooth the edges with a knife.
Spread cream cheese mixture on top.
Roll the cheese in a log.
Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
Serve with Frito chips.
